Welcome to radarscabints.buzz. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding structural agreement between you (whether as an individual professional or acting on behalf of a corporate entity) and Radar’s Cabinets & Storage Tech. Accessing our design blocks, using our automated 3D design configurator, requesting pricing estimates, and submitting purchase profiles implies that you have parsed, understood, and consented to these standard provisions.
If you do not accept these structural terms in full, your authorization to use the digital design tools or place orders is nullified. Because our products are highly specialized, structural configurations (including custom powder coatings, drawer configurations, and chemical-resistant modifications) must be actively double-checked by the purchasing engineer prior to factory authorization. You are solely responsible for ensuring physical space clearances, architectural load capacities, and substrate structural suitability.
Our interactive configurator provides dynamic approximations of load tolerances, system volumes, frame profiles, and aesthetic parameters. These virtual visual models are designed for reference only. Small manufacturing tolerances of up to ±1.5mm may exist across final fabricated pieces. It is the installer's responsibility to utilize localized leveling feet adjustments (included with all tall vertical modules) to establish coplanar alignment on irregular raw concrete surfaces.
Radar’s Cabinets are built to sustain extreme weights—up to 2,500 LBS max static load for standard bench structures and 1,200 LBS for G-Locker units. However, these certified load ratings are strictly contingent upon correct installation:
Due to raw cold-rolled steel market price fluctuations, formal quotes generated via the contact interface are guaranteed for exactly thirty (30) calendar days from issuance. If a design layout is configured but not fully authorized within this period, pricing estimates may be subject to adjustment to reflect current market rates for 18-gauge and 14-gauge industrial metals.
Our modular industrial systems are shipped via heavy freight LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) carriers on customized wooden palettes:
Custom colors (such as custom powder-coat accents outside our primary slate gray or matte black) and highly modified ESD or custom-ventilated lab extraction cabinetry configurations enter our high-precision custom production queue immediately upon receipt of deposit. Once custom fabrication begins, orders are 100% non-cancelable and non-refundable.
All Radar's Cabinet frames carry a lifetime structural warranty covering metal seam weld integrity, frame alignment, and physical failure under standard load limits. However, the following exclusions apply:
The CAD blocks, Revit files, structural models, dynamic scripts, visual design matrices, and trademark assets distributed on radarscabints.buzz remain the exclusive intellectual property of Radar's Cabinets. You are granted a limited license to integrate our 3D blocks into your architectural design mockups strictly for layout planning purposes.
In no event shall Radar's Cabinets, its engineers, or logistics coordinators be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes business interruptions, lost warehouse efficiency, structural building damage caused by self-installation errors, or loss of technical instruments stored within our cabinet modules.
These terms and all sales transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any unresolved structural claims, financial disputes, or transactional actions shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Wayne County, Detroit, Michigan, in accordance with standard arbitration guidelines.
