Radar’s Cabinets arose from a straightforward frustration in the custom automotive restoration industry. Standard commercial boxes buckled under concentrated engine components, drawers warped on high-frequency duty cycles, and security relied on easily defeated external padlocks.
Our solution was to implement modular military-tier 18-gauge assemblies. We re-engineered local storage using integrated precision frames, secure system firmware integration, and structurally sound load distribution models.
Finished frames survive continuous 1000-hour ASTM salt aerosol exposure with zero localized blistering or paint degradation.
Drawer slides are subjected to pneumatic cyclical operations loading up to 250 lbs for over 50,000 cycles without slide variance.
Main structural upright frames undergo high-pressure hydraulic tests to calculate total structural overhead load capacities.
