At Radar’s Cabinets (accessible via radarscabints.buzz), we treat the physical and digital security of our customers with equivalent gravity. This document lays out our strict structural guidelines, processes, and legal frameworks concerning the collection, storage, transfer, and deletion of personal and corporate telemetry collected during your usage of our website, standard web tools, 3D modular configurator engine, and general quote services.
This privacy policy governs all data collection endpoints associated with Radar's Cabinets and our corporate operations. This includes web-based activities on radarscabints.buzz, layout data generated within our custom configurator pipeline, corporate communications for fleet procurement, local showroom coordinates, and diagnostic logs generated from inquiries related to smart lock software assemblies. This policy does not apply to air-gapped, local database storage deployed within your physical smart lab modules.
Depending on your interaction with our systems, we collect several key classes of information:
Under global data governance frameworks (including CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, and interstate industrial compliance), we only process your personal records under the following legal frameworks:
Our smart technical laboratory cabinet units (including the ESD-400 series) utilize independent RFID and biometric authorization pathways. For security preservation, all locally recorded access control logs, RFID credentials, and access lists are strictly air-gapped and processed within the cabinet controller hardware itself. Radar’s Cabinets does not upload, store, or parse your local high-security access control logs on our centralized web-servers.
We implement a strict utility-based data retention schedule. Layout designs and configurator draft coordinates are retained for three (3) years to assist in layout expansion or physical modification cycles. Core tax documentation, purchase contract receipts, and structural frame structural serial numbers are retained permanently or for the duration of the operational lifetime of the cabinet systems to support our lifetime structural warranty frameworks.
All data transit pipelines on radarscabints.buzz are secured via 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. Access to database nodes housing configurator designs and floor plan uploads is limited strictly to certified logistics coordinators and engineering technicians who require access for physical configuration verification.
Radar’s Cabinets operates out of Detroit, Michigan, USA. Information uploaded by users based in Canada, the United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area (EEA) will be transferred securely to our localized servers within the United States. We implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure equivalent baseline data safety measures across our international manufacturing pipelines.
Regardless of your geographic location, Radar's Cabinets extends a baseline of digital rights regarding your personal records:
